Temple of Deliverance Worship Center - Restoring Families and HOPE!
About Our Founding Pastor, Evangelist Shirley Clark
A Servant of the Most High God; And a servant to His people
Evangelist Shirley Clark is a woman after God's own Heart.  She is the very devoted Founder & Executive  Pastor of the Temple of Deliverance
Worship Center  (formally Tabernacle of Antioch Worship Center) .  We refer to her as the "Pastorlady".  Pastorlady met and married the love of her life our Senior Pastor, Dr. Richard D. Clark.  Together they are committed to embracing the new season and direction of the ministry of the Temple.
She is a strong and devoted mother of five (5), one daughter and four sons,  a grandmother of 20, and a great-grandmother of six (5), a god mother, friend and counselor to  many.  Our Pastorlady is the queen of many trades. God has blessed her to enjoy a very successful business career in Health Care; she has been in the healthcare field for over 33 years.  In addition to serving the flock at the Temple of Deliverance Worship Center, she is currently a Multi-state Account Manager at Kaiser Permanente Health Plan.   She trusts God to someday soon retiree and serve Him and His people full-time.
She is currently seeking her Master/Doctorate Degree in Theology.   In June of 2009, she earned her Bachelor of Art degree in Theology.  In June of 2008 she earned a double degree in Biblical Studies from Vallejo Bible College graduating with a 4.0 grade point average.   She received her Evangelism Diploma under the National Evangelism movement of the Bethany Bible College of Los Angelos.
Pastor Shirley loves God, loves his word and loves his people. Her ministry is one of “Restoration”. She has been called to teach and preach God’s word with clarity, conviction and power so that men and women might receive Christ as their personal savior and others might be restored back to him and begin to enjoy the abundance of life Christ died for -- (“I came that you might have life and have it more abundantly – John 10:10b”).
Pastorlady’s favorite scripture and foundation of her victory in all her struggles is; Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose (KJV).
